Hy There,

I’ve bin doing PE for like 3 weeks now. I know I have to do way more then that.. BUT. When my penis is not erect its kinda longer. When its erect its the same. I Jelq and pump. Jelqing I do under the shouwer with a little bit of oil. Sometimes I lose grib and it feels like its not effective. I read about you guys having pain and taking breaks for recovery. But I never have pain or anything. Am I jelqing right? I use the pump for 10 minutes. I pump it up and leave it on for 5 minutes to keep the blood there. Then I jelq for 10 minutes. Every morning. Please guys somebody give me a good course or programm. I wanna Girth!

I am just having my thoughts about your quote “Every morning”. I am a newbie too, but one of the key phrases you read in every third message is “don’t over-train!”.
I have started the Newbie Routine and am following it quite closely in a 2on-1off-3on-1off-scheme. As I am keeping a very detailed logbook my PI’s are overall positive and I can go on like this.
And the overall daily training duration is still building up - have started with a modest 25 mins including 10 mins warm-up and warm-down and a “base chakra massage” between stretching and jelqing.
I will reach the full intensity only after 6 weeks of build-up training.

Now to jelqing: have a look at the videos at Thundersplace. Personally I prefer to jelq starting close to flaccid and do very slow jelqs (minimum 5 seconds each stroke). I do not let build up too much pressure. During jelqing I’m getting more and more erect to maybe 70% and keep it at this maximum level. I never obstruct my penis so hard it hurts. As I am having longer and longer sessions by now after jelqing my penis feels heavy and sort of tingles and has a feeling of “ants marching at the head”. But according to PI, this is a positive and not a negative sign.

I have no idea about pumping - I do have a pump (bought in Amsterdam, by the way :-) ) and have tried it, but then decided to go manually first because the risk of injury seems to me too big at the beginning of the PE journey.

Just my thoughts from newbie to newbie :-)

When it comes to heating, I am a big fan of my rice sock.
It is a very simple device - just fill a sock with abundant quantity of non-cooked rice, the brand doesn’t matter - and heat it up in the microwave.
But be aware to check the temperature - too hot gives you burn marks.

I heat up 5 mins before each stretching/jelqing session.
Basically I sit on the sock beyond my testicles and wrap it in an “you”-shape upwards to my pelvis in order to have the entire genitalia surrounded by heat.

After 5 mins, I put the rice sock in a plastic container and close the lid so it stays warm.
After PE training, I apply the mildly warm (I am at 65 mins of PE by now, next week will be 75 mins) rice sock for another 5 mins.
Very relaxing!

As to the “ants feeling” I observe that it is related to the erection level during jelqing.
The harder the erection is and the more pressure/obstruction I apply during jelqing, the more it tingles at the head.
As far as I have understood it: jelqing at lower erection levels works more for length, at high erection levels it is more for girth.
As it seems harder to get girth first an then go for length, I prefer lower erection levels to gain length first and train for girth later.

I interpret it as a sign not to overdo it, but a little numbness and itchy feeling is OK I think.
And not to forget: every one reacts individually and has to listen to it’s own body.
Generalization would be a bad advice in my eyes.
