It was when I added uli #3s and edging that I saw my girth gains really increase.
On days that I do PE (I take ~ 2 off a week depending on how my trick is feeling), I usually do a morning and evening session.
Sometimes I only do an evening session, again, depending on how worn out my penis is.
I do ~ 200 jelqs per session at no more than a 60% erection, usually closer to 40%-50%.
On my morning and evening days that is 400 jelqs, however, I don’t squeeze hard, I save that for the uli#3s.
After 5-10 uli#3s I edge.
For those that don’t know, edging is to bring (masturbate) yourself just to the point of ejaculation (point of no return — PONR), but don’t ejaculate. Then bring yourself to the PONR again, but don’t ejaculate, rinse, repeat. :D
During edging I kegel to engorge my penis as much as possible. I usually egde for at least 15 min. I usually masturbate to ejaculation at the end of every PE session, although sometimes I take care of business later on.
To answer masturbation vs. gains question: I masturbate to ejaculation twice a day like clockwork, sex with the wife or not, I still get my morning and evening jerk on.
