Injuries - best way to avoid

Injuries - best way to avoid

Hi, I’m starting out and was wondering if anyone has some good general tips to avoid injury.

Welcome to the forum capitalk!

To avoid injury:

Always warm-up first.
Pay attention to your PIs.
Stick with the newbie routine until you’re well conditioned.
Pay attention to your penis.
Remember that when first starting out, less is more. (And for a lot of guys, that applies to their entire PE career)
Make sure you’re familiar with your penis anatomy.
Make sure you’re familiar with the exercises. (If you’re not sure about something, ask or research it)
Don’t pay any attention to the guys who claim unbelievable gains in their first month of workouts.

Good luck!

Great, thanks for the words of wisdom. I have been reading a lot through and starting now with newbie routine. Let’s see how it goes! Cheers,

I’ve heard a few dudes say they gained girth in 3 weeks. Is that possible? Also I’ve been working on squeezes and horse 440s along with jelqs. I don’t go to hard but is that a good workout?

Any gains at that stage would probably be attributed to better EQ.

Squeezes and definitely horse 440s are advanced exercises and should be avoided by newbies.

Thanks. I read posts from another site talking about the quick gains from horse squeezes. Would it help a newbie to do only a few of these along with the regular newbie routine?

What part of “Squeezes and definitely horse 440s are advanced exercises and should be avoided by newbies.” is confusing to you? Maybe spend more time researching, paying attention to the answers to your questions and not hijacking threads. Hmmm?

No need to get disrespectful. I’m just curious. I did research and get mixed answers.

I see injury lurking in your future Bigman…you asked about advanced routines, received an answer from a vet saying newbies should avoid them, and then you proceed to ask if you should do less of them. Personally I think being disrespectful would sound more like “you can’t fix stupid”.

If you take the time to read the forums, you will know exactly why a newbie shouldn’t be attempting those routines. People may talk about using those exercises for girth gains but I doubt you see them recommended to newbies.
