Injury after three workouts.
I was on the newbie routine for 5 days (three workouts, two rest days in between), and a couple hours after the third session, my penis began to feel slightly sore along the left side of the shaft (the pain even seemed to extend to the left testicle). The next day, the pain had increased dramatically. Touching the penis caused an aching sensation up and down the shaft, and I frequently felt pain even when the area was not being touched. Three days have gone by, and I’m still in pain, though it has become less intense. It if doesn’t dramatically improve sometime soon, I’m going to need to see someone. Fortunately, there does not seem to be any bleeding/discoloration or visible structural damage.
I would love to add some size, but after this experience, I cannot justify causing potential damage considering that I am in a great relationship and everything down there has been working just fine (still works, hopefully .. I will have a better assessment in a couple days). It seems like most people get good results, so perhaps I was doing something wrong (stretching and jelqing). On my last workout, I jelqed with a pretty strong erection (70%-80%), which may have resulted in the damage. If I had not had this injury, I may still be PEing happily, but now I cannot work up the nerve to return to it. I figure PE is something I can come back to later in life, if necessary. In 10 years or so, I hope we’ll all know a lot more about PE, and at the rate of technology change, who knows what other options may be available. My message, take it easy if you’re a newbie.. Don’t rush things, keep in mind what’s at stake, and you should be alright.
