Hey ya’ll! First time posting on here and I really love the content. I first started jelqing back in 2010 but that only lasted maybe three months. My GF and I were on a break and I stumbled upon PEGym and was doing a common beginner routine and while I didn’t take measurements, when we got back together she could not believe how much bigger I was and demanded to know what was going on. I stopped doing the exercises and my gains gradually went away although I do believe I kept some girth. I just started back up at the beginning of this week and wanted input from ya’ll since I read the forums often and there are some very smart dudes on here. My routine is as follows:

Morning- Newbie Routine:
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch
10 min jelq
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of 5 sec hold each

2 days on/1 off (I plan to ramp it up with each passing week as the program suggests)

Clamping- 10 min on 10 min off - 3 sets

1 day on/1 off

At work:
Penis extender for roughly 8 hours

5 days a week

Immediately after work:
Penis pump for 10 min at 5-8 hg (I plan to ramp this up as time goes on)
Week 1- 1 10 min session
Week 2- 1 15 min session
Week 3- 2 10 min sessions
Week 4- 2 15 min sessions
Week 5- 1 20 min session
Week 6- 2 20 min sessions
Week 7- 3 20 min sessions

Pump 5-7 days per week

Do you think this is too much? Too little? I have an obsession with girth but would like to add some length as well.

My current stats:

Flaccid:
4.8 in EG
4.2 in EBPL

Erect:
5.5 in EG
6 in EBPL

Hi, welcome to Thunder’s Place.

Linear Newbie Routine is a good place to start. Recommendation is to start with the lightest routine possible because this way you will know if you are "less is more" or "more is more" type of person. You wont be having this idea if you jump straight to the real deal.

You should get conditioned first before engage in pumping (3-4 months) or clamping, specially clamping (6 months minimum).

Overloaded routine will decrease your EQ, make you "turtling" for most of the time and hamper further gains (toughened penis).


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

Your newbie routine sounds great. Pumping and clamping should be left alone until you have at least one month of conditioning. For best results, I would suggest sticking to the newbie routine for 4 months and just ramp up the jelqing sessions with lots of heat. After four months, add in some light pumping with intermittent jelqing to increase blood flow between sessions.

In my opinion, clamping is extreme and should be done only with the greatest trepidation and respect for what it can do to you. Whatever you decide, start slowly and discontinue anything that hurts or causes low PIs. You already have a large penis so even slight gains will push you into the huge category.

I wanted to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger when I was young so I lifted weights religiously. I ended up looking like me. My wife likes it and so do I. That’s all that counts in my book.

I actually think that is partly why I want to grow now. I wanted to look like Arnold as well and am reasonably close (6’2 245 lbs) but I feel like the added size has made my penis look drastically smaller than when I was 200 pounds in high school. Thank you again for all of the input and kind words fellas!

Sure. As long as it isn’t obvious to your coworkers and you can remove it periodically to increase blood flow with messages.

I know what you mean jcarroll. Last I measured I was 6.5” NBPEL and 7.6” BPEL with a MSEG of just under 6”. At 6’4” and about 240 pounds, my unit doesn’t look small but there’s not really a wow factor there either.

So for me I need to lose about 20 to 25 pounds which should reduce the fat pad considerably, hopefully a half of an inch or so. And I’m going to try to gain another half of an inch through PE so I can get to 7.5”NBPEL and 8” or so BPEL. I’m happy with my girth so it’s really now a length thing for me, together with maintaining my EQ. My feeling is if I reach my goals everything will look a bit more impressive and more in proportion.

Yes, us bigger guys have things a little tougher but stay with it. It’ll be worth it in the end.

You and I are almost exactly the same in size, fat pad and length. I really get what you’re saying. My dick looks small to me because of the body surrounding it. My hands are also 4 1/2 inches wide not including my thumb so two handing myself just looks ridiculous. At 8 1/4 inches with 1/2 inch or less fat pad, I’ll be right where I want to be.
