Input on my routine
Hey ya’ll! First time posting on here and I really love the content. I first started jelqing back in 2010 but that only lasted maybe three months. My GF and I were on a break and I stumbled upon PEGym and was doing a common beginner routine and while I didn’t take measurements, when we got back together she could not believe how much bigger I was and demanded to know what was going on. I stopped doing the exercises and my gains gradually went away although I do believe I kept some girth. I just started back up at the beginning of this week and wanted input from ya’ll since I read the forums often and there are some very smart dudes on here. My routine is as follows:
Morning- Newbie Routine:
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch
10 min jelq
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of 5 sec hold each
2 days on/1 off (I plan to ramp it up with each passing week as the program suggests)
Clamping- 10 min on 10 min off - 3 sets
1 day on/1 off
At work:
Penis extender for roughly 8 hours
5 days a week
Immediately after work:
Penis pump for 10 min at 5-8 hg (I plan to ramp this up as time goes on)
Week 1- 1 10 min session
Week 2- 1 15 min session
Week 3- 2 10 min sessions
Week 4- 2 15 min sessions
Week 5- 1 20 min session
Week 6- 2 20 min sessions
Week 7- 3 20 min sessions
Pump 5-7 days per week
Do you think this is too much? Too little? I have an obsession with girth but would like to add some length as well.

Flaccid:
4.8 in EG
4.2 in EBPL
Erect:
5.5 in EG
6 in EBPL
