Intensity of workout
It seems that if I jelq at a low/medium intensity, my EQ gets better and I get morning wood all the time. However my flaccid cock hangs very small and my erect cock looks as if I have never done PE in my life.
But when I jelq my dick a bit harder (and I’m not talking about total cock mutilation jelqing.just a bit harder. Upper middle level intensity), I have noticed that my EQ also skyrockets and I get better flaccid hang all the time. Aside from this my erect cock seems a little fuller, although I’m sure there are no serious measurable differences yet. However my morning wood decreases a lot (like before I started PE when I rarely had morning wood).
My routine consists of a warm up, 200-250 jelqs and a warm down 2 days on and 1 day off so I’m pretty sure I am not over training. I know that in the end, size is the ultimate PI.so what do you guys think?
