I found this study interesting, not because of the surgical goal, but because it showed a positive cellular alignment in the direction of applied stresses on the lab tunica after 7 days.

Interesting. It seems like the scientific consensus is slowly recognizing the effectiveness of manual PE. At this point, I thnk it’s only a matter of time before the general public catches on and manual PE becomes a worldwide phenomenon.

I don’t think it will ever be widely accepted until we can be comfortable with sexuality as a society. Penis size isn’t something that is very often seriously discussed between men face to face, when that becomes acceptable I think PE will be very well accepted.

OBJECTIVES: The aim of the present study was to generate a tissue engineered type of mechanically stable graft suitable for surgical replacement of the tunica albuginea penis. METHODS: Porcine fibroblasts isolated from open fascia biopsies were seeded on decellularized collagen matrices and then cultivated in a bioreactor under continuous multiaxial stress for up to 21 days (n=12). Static cultures without mechanical stress served as controls. Cell proliferation, cell alignment, and de novo synthesis of extracellular matrix proteins (proteoglycans, procollagen I, elastin) in these grafts was evaluated by hematoxylin-eosin, pentachrome, and immuno-staining. Additionally, the enzymatic isolation of porcine fibroblasts from X4mm skin punch biopsies (n=8) was evaluated. RESULTS: Mechanically strained cultures of fibroblasts showed a homogeneous multilayer matrix infiltration and a regular cell alignment in the direction of strain axis after 7 days, as well as a de novo production of extracellular matrix proteins compared to the static control. A large amount of viable fibroblasts was easily obtained from small skin punch biopsies. CONCLUSION: This study shows that continuous multiaxial stimuli improve proliferation and extracellular matrix synthesis of mature fibroblasts reseeded on a biological matrix making this a feasible autologous tissue engineered graft for penile surgery. For the clinical setting fibroblasts harvested from small skin biopsies can be a comfortable cell source.

I don’t mean it like that. Right now there is a worldwide misconception that all penis enlargement is fake. That it is straight up bullshit. That is what I expect to change, I’m not saying they’re going to be discussing PE techniques on Lou Dobbs :p

I remember someone posted something on these boards that I agree with 100%. Honestly, I don’t want the masses to know about PE. If PE became some kind of phenomenon, then any progress I have made doing PE would be irrelevant. Everyone would be doing it, which would just make me average all over again. I’m working towards becoming bigger to stand out, make me less self-conscious, and to be able to please my woman to the best of my ability.

Can you imagine America post PE-phenomenon?

Girl “That’s it?”

Nah, it’ll never come to that. Breast implants are pretty well known, but a huge portion of the population won’t get them. And they just cost money. Not time and dedication like PE does. It’s too much work. Kinda like body building. Yeah, lots of people “work out”. But the serious work it takes to get ripped? Not too many guys do it. But everyone knows it’s possible.

I think there will be a backlash, too. Like, say in your example :

Girl : So babe, what are you packing?

Guy : (Proudly) 8 by 6!

Girl : (To self, “not another…”) Great!

We all know there is a limit, and part of the fascination with big dicks out there is that they are so rare. We marvel at the extremes. If everyone had an 8 X 6, I bet the “perfect size” would vary quite a bit.
