Just wanted to hop in and say hi =)

Have been lurking around for a while waiting for the registrations to open again to dive further into the world of Thunder’s Place :D Got to say I’m loving the place and the advantages you get for being a member.

I’m a 22 year old Norwegian and relatively new to the wonders of PE. Have been reading on the subject for a while, but only been using a Jes-Extender and doing some kegels for about a month (used the JE around 100 hours). Started the “Newbie Routine” today.

Unfortunately I can’t say for sure the measurements before I started because I’ve been bulking a lot the last months and been cutting back this month, so I’ve dropped from 205 to 178 pounds since Dec. 1.

I didn’t think of measuring BPEL, but my NBPEL was 5.9”, Dec. 01. Since I’ve cut 27 pounds in a month and using the Jes-Extender like mad, I can’t really tell the increase is just because of the weight loss or not (NBPEL is currently 6.45”). I’m thinking of dropping some more to around 165 pounds.

“Current Problems”
I think I have a bad blood circulation in my body and I’m almost always cold on my feet and hands. That’s been the case for junior as well, but after PE’ing, it seems more warm all the time. My EQ has definitely gone up and morning wood is more and more common. I think at the moment I have some problems mentally because of a bad break up and such, and not able to keep it up for as long as I did before, but when I’m on, I’m as hard as a rock. It’s just when I get hard, all these thoughts fly around everywhere and than I loose focus. Could also actually be too much porn as well. It’s become a routine and just doing it without any reason. Going to cut back on the porn as well. It’s an evil circle, I tell you =P Can’t really say much about that until I can get my head straight. Only 22 years like I said, so it’s way to early to get problems with the machinery =P

Current Stats: (Jan. 01 - 2008)
FL/FG: 4”x4” (not 100% sure. Don’t have the measuring stuff here)
BPEL: 7.08”
NBPEL: 6.45”
EG: 4.92” (mid shaft)

My goals:
FL/FG: The flaccid girth and light would be my biggest goal. Don’t really have a specific set number for it, but as big as possible =P
NBPEL: Maximum 20cm (7.8 inches). Don’t really want to push it farther than that. Will satisfy for 7.3+.
EG: 5.5”-6”? I have honestly no idea what’s common when it comes to girth, as I’ve never really measured and thought about it.

I personally don’t think I’ve set too high goals, and it should be goals I can reach. I’d rather aim low and be surprised than aim high and get frustrated and get too eager. Don’t really have a time frame set either. I just have to feel it out and just increase the time and force as I go. I’m not going anywhere :) I’m just glad I started googling for PE in the first place.

I think average girth is 4.8 - 5”. The most common target for girth is 6” but I think 5.5 is pretty much perfect.

Aha, thanks. I think I’ll just leave the goals around 5.5”-6” than.

Touché! It’s not THAT cold outside now. Only -6C (21F) =P

Welcome JohnGaffa. I think 5.5” is a good girth goal. You will be surprised how a little extra girth seems to make a lot of difference. :D

Was just going to make a quick followup. Was actually going to post in the "Progress Reports/Personal Routines" board, but for some reason I can’t post there (guess I need X posts or something among those lines). Also have to say sorry for the messy post I’m about to write, but I’m so extremely happy (for the first time in weeks) I can’t really think straight :P

As I said in the first post, I’ve been having some problems with my EQ. I’ve had problems keeping it hard and had to constantly touch it.. I decided to quit the porn three days ago, and just as I was about to go to bed half an hour ago I started to day dream about this girl I’ve just met. All of a sudden.. WHAM; rock hard and super EQ. Needless to say I was thrilled and when not touching it it was just growing and growing and I didn’t have to think "this and that" in my head.. It just was there :P I also noticed that it seemed longer, so I took some measurements just for the heck of it. At Dec. 01, my NBPEL was 5.9" and now it was 6.69"! It was 6.45" Jan 01, but because if the poor EQ I’m not sure if I was as hard as I was now, making the measurement valid.

Going to measure in a couple of weeks or a month to see if it was a one time coincidence or not, but I’ve never measured close to this length before so it was a HUGE boost mentally. I’m staying away from the evil porn, thats for sure. That’s the main variable that’s changed since the last time.

I’m currently using:
* Jes-Extender around 5-6 hours a day (although it’s been low hours around the holiday. Family has been constantly around)

Hi John, welcome.

A couple of things, you live in a cold climate so it would make sense somewhat that the hands/feet/dick are sorta cold most of the time. It can also be a sign of poor circulation which needs to be address by a doctor. I don’t know which it is, I don’t live in your body. You do and know it best, use your own judgement on whether or not you need to be seen.

Next, yes, you have to be a member for 14 days and have 20 posts before you can start a thread other than in Newbie. One of us nice mods can and will move things when necessary for no extra charge. But please, don’t post a bunch of fluff to get your 20 in, because the same nice mods who are most helpful can turn on you before you can say “crap”.

Yeah. After PE’ing, I’ve noticed that my dick is much more warm so the circulation has definitely changed there.. I also have a doctors appointment next week, so I’ll ask him than if there is anything wrong.

Aha. I knew it would have to be something like that. No worries. Just as my PE project: I’ve got all the time in the world =) I’ve been patient and waiting for a long time just to register, so I’m happy just to be able to read the forums (and post in existing threads of course).
