So I have been doing some manual clamps, squeezes etc. over the past few days, and I noticed that my penis looks noticeably thicker in the mirror, more so than ever before. Although I am only gaining about .075-.1 after my girth workout my penis looks legitimately thick when limp. Anyways, it seems that I have been gradually getting thicker flaccid, although I am only about 4.9 inches in the semi-erect/super fluffed state, I think I look much bigger.

The problem is my penis does not feel or look nearly as thick as I think it should be when erect, that brings me to my question is focusing on inner girth the most essential, is that what will work more on the my overall erection? is it important as the foundation for overall girth work? lastly what is the best known method for increasing it?

I don’t know what you mean by inner girth. Girth is girth to me. From inside the shaft you hold blood. From outside the shaft but under the skin you may have some fat or built up fluids from past workouts.

The best way to increase girth is to fill it with blood the best you can:the more blood you can force into your unit, the better expansion it will get. But there is a line you shouldn’t cross : if it hurts then back off on the pressure.

I think ultimately the best workouts are the ones done by your hands. Because you control “EVERYTHING” with your hands. Pressure, intensity, main focus areas, you can gradually increase or decreased pressure. You can preform different workouts at the same time, just by increasing and decreasing pressure.

The only thing that sucks about manual exercises is your hands give out after awhile but see it as a penis and hand workout. How often does someone workout there hands? Never ha ha. So now you have a bigger penis and stronger hands! :)

I believe dry jelqing is the key, every time I do them I feel like it targets inside the penis.

Everyone has their favorite girth exercise. You just have to experiment, and read articles to find which makes you feel, and look the best.

Hehe I like the way you think, 2Big4u, it is true your hands never work out and I must be making them stronger from all those jelqs and stretches. My left hand especially gets achy after a good jelq or stretch session, but not my right hand, I wonder why ;)

I may know what you mean by inner girth. After I got too busy for PE my temporary girth went away, but I noticed the girth I had left felt way more solid than before, almost like hard plastic. It was as though the layers down below had gotten firmer, but the soft tissues on top had gone beck to their natural state. If this is what you mean, all I was doing was jelqing and O bends. I think jelqing had the most to do with it though. I don’t know if there’s a way to focus on inner girth, mine just happened. Some people say hanging could be beneficial for this, because it stretches the tunica.

I know I have sort of rambled on about this question by asking every single thing about girth possible, but so I don’t get obsessed and over analyze everything can someone tell me if there are a fair amount of members who gained 0.75-1 inches in girth in a year to a year and half without pumping or hanging???

I just wanna know, so I can have a legitimate goal to shoot for.

Those are pretty difficult to read, but I’ll just have faith in the fact that if other people couldn’t do it, I’ll get it done.
