Is it ok to do the newbie routine inside of a hotub

Like under the water?

Good heat, I don’t see why not. I almost feel like I know a guy who does his jelqing in the hot tub, or a hot bath.

I don’t know if you would be able to get a good grip for stretching under water, but give it a go. In general you should decide things for yourself by trying it out. Try doing it in the hot tub for a week or two and see how it effects your PI’s.

I think Titleist, one of the largest “members” here, ( god, I had to ), does pe in a hottub on a regular basis.

I’m new, but my understanding is that it is great for the warm up and assists in stretching etc. Vets here can probably help better though.

I’ve been at this for 7 weeks mow and I do all of my warmups in my hot tub. I do 3 sets of 5 minute ballooning, without a clamp yet, with light stretching in between. I do a little dry jelq technique under the water then, but I need lube for the real jelq, and I don’t want that in my hot tub. So after the warmup in the hot tub, I get out for the jelq. Hot tub good!
