Is it ok to stop PEing after you've reached your results

2 or 3 lots of manual stretches for about 20 minutes and maybe one or two 5 minute jelqing sessions per week. But it was rather too sketchy to say that it was that disciplined with regards to the jelqing.

I also think that I stopped my normal PE routine too quickly. I was closing in on the 8x6 figure, and I didn’t want to gain too much more because with this size, I was pushing the limit of what my girl could take. In retrospect, I should have continued for a few months or so afterwards and then gone on a gradually lighter regime, and consistently measured every few weeks in order to see if there was any need to up my maintenance routine to halt losses.

I think in total it was about 3 months or so since I stopped on my growth routine (basically a slightly heavier newbie routine) and the last 2 months of that was quite slap dash with its regularity. It was hard to be disciplined on the light maintenance routine as it got to a point that it was easy to say, ‘Oh I’ll just do it later.’ This soon turned into. ‘I’ll do it tomorrow.’ Also because of the gradual loss (i presume it was gradual), I still felt I was really big, and the ruler measurement was a bit of a shock! So I recommend taking regular measurements as feedback and upping or dropping your routine, regardless of what stage in your PE career you are in.

On a positive note, it must have been the total of a couple of months that I went on this routine, and even though I lost quickly, I am regaining even quicker. My big fear is overshooting the mark. My girlfriend has been away for 2 weeks and is away for another 2 weeks with her work. By the time she gets back, I hope to have my cock back over half way from my re-start position.

I had a short-term break for about 3 months and I already lost 1 inch.So,my advice is do not ever stop PE.But you can PE lightly(once or twice a week) after you reach your goal.

Did you regain your losses? How quick did it happen if you did?

Id also be interested in knowing how quickly you can regain, I stopped PE’ing for the last year due to a couple of personal issues and would like to being again, I would really love to be back where I was quickly.
