Is it ok to stop PEing after you've reached your results

I was wondering if I got to the point where I made the gains I wanted, would I be able stop permanently and still keep those gains?

Bit of a misleading question as such the ghost.

Why, because as we age we naturally lose size (in all respects).

Thus, I think the majority of what you gain, you keep. Regardless of whether you PE or not, you will lose size as you age, so probably the odd period of maintenance is required regardless. That is assuming you don’t have EQ issues, etc.

If you are worried you will gain and lose it all, as long as you routine is structured and you cement your gains, that isn’t a worry.

To a degree yes.

But I believe that a light newbie routine in the shower will go a long way to keeping your gains.

Hey Ruz_ could you post a link to the original picture in your avatar? It looks very interesting.

I thought I was on a very light maintenance routine, and then blammo, I measured and I had lost a lot. Back on the newbie routine for almost 2 weeks and I have regained like crazy already.

So from my experience, no, if you want to keep the gains, you have to keep up the PE. Sure it might be ok to take a week or two off here and there, and perhaps after time, you can knock the regime down a notch, but be careful not to lose those gains.

Hey owee, what did your light maintenance routine consist of? How long were you in this light maintenance period?

Personally, I think I would never stop doing PE even after I reach my goal because to be honest PE is a little bit addicting. Sure I would do some short-term breaks but I would never leave PE behind. So the best thing to do is to continue doing some maintenance routine until the time you feel you no longer care about your size or by the time you are no longer sexually active.

Honestly PE makes your EQ so much better, there’s no reason to stop.

Thats a shame, I just wanted to reach my goal and stop forever. Unfortunately, when I get enough privacy to PE on a regular basis, I’ll just have to keep it up

Don’t stop PE. Maintenance is a must. Don’t make the same mistake I and others here have made. Don’t let all your hard work go down the toilet!

I quit PE for over 4 years once. Back at it for 8 months, I finally got back my lost gains. (and then some) I barely lost any of my length gains, but lost a good amount of my girth gains, probably about 1/2+ of them. Some guys have lost nearly ALL of their gains from quitting! Wadzilla comes to mind…

The degree/intensity of “maintenance” will vary by person. I’d say a modest routine 2 to 3 times per week would be the minimum. Jelqing and pumping at least. Good luck!

I started PE in Jun 2003 with a length of 7” and midshaft girth of 5.5”. I stopped in March 2007 with a length of 8.125 and midshaft of 6”. Now I have a length of 7.875” and midshaft of 6”. My routine was simple pumping, almost every day, around 30minutes per session.

The only real difference I have noticed since stopping is that my flaccid has more ‘off days’ due to low carbs dieting etc.

I stopped due to lack of privacy and circumstance, I think I would have kept growing steadily if I had carried on because my gains were slow but very consistent.
