Hey I have been reading these threads for a few months now, haven’t started doing anything yet but I want to start using the newbie routine, Well I just turned 18 for two weeks now my penis size is 5 inches erect and 3 inches when girth, and I think it was the same size last year, and maybe the year after that, so I wanted to know is it over for me? Will it grow anymore? Does it still have time to grow? If I start using the newbie routine will it hurt the natural growth? I don’t know but I think I might be considered a late bloomer. Need some help guys, need your opinions, Thanks

How does the rest of your body look? Body hair, facial hair etc.

I started doing some Very Sporadic PEing before my body probably was full-grown, I have no idea if it helped me or anything else but I am where I am today.

I read somewhere that very light exercising, very light stretches and very light jelqs could help your growth if you’re not finished.


Has been: 6.4 x 4.7 (16.3 x 12cm)

Is : 6,9 x 4.7 (17.7 x 12cm)

WILL BE : 7 x 4,8 (17,8 x 12.2cm)

Start out at the Newbie Routine, take it slow and review your routine after 3 months. There’s been a lot of people that started PEing at 18 or even earlier and they’ve seen gains. I don’t see why you’ll be any different.

Remember to search, read around and PE safe.


Dec \'23 -> Feb\'24 17.5cm -> 18.5cm BPEL / 12.7cm -> 13.1 MSEG / 18.5cm -> 18.9cm BPFSL (measuring in mm for accuracy)

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

I am sure that PE can’t hurt you, as a matter of fact I am sorry I myself haven’t discovered it sooner, because I think that doing the newbie routine can only stimulate natural growth.

And I don’t think anyone here can tell you exactly if you will grow more naturally, but if I were you, I would definitely give PE a chance.

The rest of my body looks fine, I have hair where it’s spouse to be.

It works. I don’t know what my BPEL is today, but I do know stronger longer and fatter erection.

I started April 2007.

As a matter of fact when I started if I grip it, I might have 2” or so hanging out.

Now with double stacked palms the tip of the head protrudes out. Long term goal is for around 2” to be hanging out of double stacked palms

My hand is 8.5” from middle finger to start of palm and just over 4” wide…

I’m just about to start pumping, and expecting some gains out of it, I’m hearing pumping will allow you to kinda “see into the future”…

Goal is to challenge packing 10” tube all the way to the end.

Hey I just recently finished doing the newbie routine and I wanted to know, while I’m doing the simple manual stretches, my penis is really dead, I wanted to know is that normal? Is my penis suppose to be like 60% erected while doing the simple manual stretches? And while doing the wet jelqing can I use baby oil? Thanks

Its recommended that you do your stretching flaccid, but it’s not too bad if you do it 20-40% erect. I doubt you will get decent gains if you stretch at 60%+. As long as you aren’t feeling pain, just fatigue its usually okay after a workout. Baby oil is fine.
