Yep. I cannot say that kegels do much. I raise the weight to get a little break so that I can hang longer. I keep a chain attached to the weight so that if I get a sharp feeling I can relieve the stress quickly.

There is also a process in visco-elastic material called hysterisis. By cycling the stress, more strain (length) is obtained. After a certain number of cycles the added strain due to hysterisis becomes less. This along with heat makes me think that I am getting to the fibers that comprise the LF’s quicker.

If I can do this just by raising and lowering the weights and in theory it increases strain then I am going to do it.

I just kegel automatically when I raise the weight.
