Is my penis really shrinking?

I’ve always been insecure about my penis size, but even more so given that I am going to university soon. I’m currently 18. I’m a grower, with a 2-3 inch long flaccid. When fully erect, my penis is 6.15 inches long and 5.1 inches wide. It’s on the smaller size of average. I attained that size three weeks ago, but since then, it’s gotten a lot smaller. It seems to have shrunk to around 4-5 inches with a 4 inch thickness. I wouldn’t say I’m a compulsive masturbator but I usually do so 4-5 times a day. But since Tuesday I’ve stopped, with great difficulty. My anxiety and stress levels are really high now. I can’t sleep until 6 in the morning, and I’m always tired. I recognise the need to lose weight, given that I am clinically obese, being 5 stone overweight and having a 2inch fatpad. But I’m pessimistic about any changes in size.

This problem is making me really stressed.

As a teenager I also averaged 4-5 masturbation sessions a day, I don’t think it ever caused my penis to shrink. Also if you manage to lose the extra weight you’ll get more penis size with less fat pad.

In fact that’s on the larger side of average!

This sounds like a classic case of stress and bad lifestyle. Firstly, stop worrying! (Easier to say than do.) I recommend a little gentle massage every now and again just to get it nice and warm. You are probably right to stop excessive masturbation. You also need to get more sleep and lose some weight - like that’s a revelation! - doing one will probably help the other. What’s your diet and exercise regime like? How many hours of good quality sleep do you get? Trust me, get a little fitter and you’ll enjoy university a whole lot more and you will get to use that penis more too.

Weight loss: Eat only light foods, no meat or w/e, nothing dense.. I mean ONLY fruits and salads, mixed along with high intensity exercise.

PE growth: Please don’t be pessimistic about PE, that is just the held belief in your subconscious denying the possibility of any change, due to the amount of time it has been allowed to dig in i.e. you’ve been where you’re at for so long you don’t think you can go anywhere else, and are beginning to settle at your mental location. The absolute most effective and fastest way to increase the length of your penis, is hanging. Jelqing is effective also… Both forms of stretching, and so may be done with the hands.

It certainly feels that way with me. I’m aiming to lose 5 stone, and then I’ll start PEing.

I have heard stress does affect the size of one’s erection, but mine does feel very small to me. My flaccid size makes me even more anxious. I used to masturbate to porn often, and seeing such huge penises makes me feel insecure. A lot of forums also discuss big penises, at length.
I’m actually on a diet now, low-carb-fat, and high protein. I”m going to join a gym soon. I go to bed around 6Am and wake up around 1, but I always feel very tired.

I appreciate your sentiments, and I agree with you. I am pathetic, at the moment. It’ll probably take me a year or so to healthily lose all my excess pounds.

I am naturally pessimistic, in all regards of my life.

I am eating a low-carbohydrate/fat diet, with protein and a whole load of vegetables and fruit. Plus green tea and water.

I’m certain that it works, but it takes a lot of time and dedication. I might start it once I lose my flubber. I need to gain confidence first, which is something I sadly lack.

Its in doing and achieving that you will change your circumstance; not writing a pathetic post to sooth the self-loathing. I am not there to kick your ass, so you will have to post a pathetic portrait of yourself on the refrig to remind you of the opposite direction you must go. So, get on your horse and ride.

As far as your problem is concerned, I sure am getting the feeling you can’t get a proper erection because of blood circulation due to both stress and fatness. In my opinion, you would be much better to drop PE for now and put the same effort in exercising. It will not only provide you gains, but also improve your quality of life in general. When you are satisfied with your weight and physical shape, then come back and PE if you still feel like it. But really, you would be better to focus your efforts on your health first.

You need to stop allowing yourself to think that way. Your >internal< belief-system is why you are experiencing the external reality you are now., not only that, but the emotion that surfaces to your mind as self-talk is filtered by it that system, so, you will walk around thinking thoughts rooting behaviors that would perpetuate those beliefs and thus the situation. *sigh*, I hate imagining a man being so down inside.

Just STAY dedicated to eating light and exercising, and effective PE methods and you will naturally be more positive, as well as manifest your desires.

Do those three things, and your future will be different, and your soul will, which is already experiencing your furture will feel better :D D, but that can easily change, STAY doing what you feel as though you must!

I agree with what you’re saying. I’m sorry for having sound so pathetic, but I do desperately want to change my situation. Losing weight is a step in the right direction, I guess, but I also need to do PE.

Thanks for the advice. I’ve always been insecure about myself, particularly the stigma of being half Asian and very fat. I joined a gym yesterday, and I honestly thought I was going to have a heart attack, after 45 mins. That proves how unhealthy I am. I definitely need to lose the weight first.
