As much gains as possible? How often would I recommend breaks?
Listen man, your first couple of years should be all about learning how to PE properly and learning how your penis, mind, and body function together. The reason I gained so much was because I kinda knew I bruised easily and had to work with shorter more intense routines. Then when my gains stalled I just kept faith and patience until I found the right feel… grip, PE days per week, whatever I enjoyed the most. I recommend very brief intense routines now because I have over ten years of experience with gaining this way.
A lot of newbies are obsessed with this number of days on and days off thing. Why? I it doesn’t matter how many days a week you PE so long as you’re recovering and PIs are good. You could do the same simple routines 6 days a week if you wanted. Your form is going to get sloppy, your penis will shrink a little, and you’ll end up really bruising yourself, but you could do this if you wanted. Personally I believe newbies should PE more often in the beginning just to learn the exercises, but not the way the Newbie guide recommends.
If you were just starting out or had really bad form and never learned how to jelq properly. Then I would advise you start with some small number like 1 set of 10 jelqs and then add one more rep a day until you get to 20. If you’re still good then, go ahead and do 2 sets of 21 and go up to 30, but feel free to take a rest day every week or so. After that do 3 sets of 31 all the way up to 3 sets of 50. And if you can get3 sets of 50 with super perfect strict form then start PE’ing 4 days a week with a harder grip. I’d say count down from 50 with one less each day until you’re hitting 15-20 slower proper jelqs.
That doesn’t sound too hard does it? Should only take you a couple months to beat my version of the newbie routine and be mentally and physically conditioned for some harder stuff…. Like try holding your kegel muscles tight during your jelqs and stretches. When you’re more advanced like I am then you need more days off. I can handle a lot and still keep an erection but I still bruise quick and it get’s nasty with some of the stuff I do, or did up until a few weeks ago. I used to hang with a 35lb kettlebell for up to 3 minutes and pump at crazy high pressures.
