Is Vac-hanging good for girth?

Has anyone had success with girth increase using a Vac-hanger?

15 weeks into finding out, so far a bit of length and base girth.

I think vac hanging is best for length, not girth. The general advice is to go for length first, then focus on girth second. If you want girth, there are a few manual exercises that help, of course. But most people say that pumping and clamping are the best tools for girth, not hanging.
