Hey everyone. I’ve been PEing for about 2 weeks now but I have a question. How do I know I am stretching correctly. Am I supposed to feel a certain thing . Cause when I stretch up a get a actual feeling of the inside of my penis stretching. But left right up down it feels like I’m only stretching skin. Could anybody help?? Pretty please?

Stretching to the sides especially you should feel the your ligaments ache a bit. Your ligaments are right at the start of your penis, just up from that, there is where you should get the feelings.

why do people gain with manual stretches, but not any faster with ADS?

Manual stretching should be way more intense than ADS loads.

Depends on the person really. Generally an ADS is a lighter pressure for a long time. If you’re a newbie barely stretched before and you use an ADS for a few months like many hours a day you will gain decently I would think.
