Jelq grip
I’ve been in the PE game for a couple months now and I’ve always used the ‘ok’ grip but this is telling me otherwise. I normally ‘milk’ towards the glands in an okay grip and start at the base with my other hand when I’m about 80% up the shaft with my first hand. This causes a balloon effect and I notice the veins inflate for a brief moment. Should I adopt this new ‘pinching the sides’ technique or stick with the old fashioned ok grip? I’ve gained over a quarter inch so far but maybe I can gain faster. Any thoughts?
