I shower with the hottest water I can manage. Afterwards I stretch for 30 seconds:
- Straight down
- Both sides (by this time I’m around 10% erect, unless stretching for 3 consecutive days, in which case it just doesn’t happen)
- Front
- Up
- Clockwise and counter clockwise
I repeat this two times. Usually (unless stretching for 2 or 3 consecutive days) this leaves me kind of engorged. Then I massage/bend/helicopter (love how this feels lol).
Then I get off the shower and proceed to dry jelq (200 with low pressure). Afterwards I warm down.
I do kind of feel the stretching kind of aggressive. I’m uncut and usually after one day I get my glans sore with the contact.
Unsure of what to think.
