Yes it will. Jelq as light as possible and let us know your progress. I don’t mean to be a smart-ass but the videos are there to “teach” you how to perform the exercise properly. If being aggressive led to smaller girth do you think he would be that aggressive? Don’t squeeze so hard that you cause yourself damage and render your penis inoperable and you’ll be okay.

As your penis gets more conditioned you can apply a bit more pressure, the best route to go is to take your time with the jelk like 5-7 seconds is my new recomendation, the former recomendation was 3-5 seconds.
