Jelqing and pain

I’ve just started the newbie program and this is my 3rd day and I went up to 90 jelqs when all of a sudden I started to get sharp pains in my penis while jelqing. Is it normal to have pain when your jelqing?

No it’s not a good sign at all, your probably fine, maybe you just jelqed too hard once or twice.

My advice would be to stop PE for a few days or a week, and start again slowly and see if the pain has stopped.

Yes I stopped right away and I was able to have a full erection after so hopefully thats a good sign

Lighten up your grip. If you don’t have pain now you are fine. If you have, wait untill disappear+2-3 days.
