It took me 3 times that amount of time before I saw my first signs of gains.

Keep consistent with the Newbie Routine and manual stretching it works. I am one month in and have seen tremendous length gains already. The key is keeping consistent, and motivated.

Be careful not to over do it bud, that was my mistake. It is all too easy to go gung-ho on your dick, but trust me less is more. Overdoing it leads to no gains or reverse gains!

I have overdone it twice and I always get large red spots on my shaft. You gotta rest for 3 days and it’s just better to be consistent.

It’s taken me 5 months to get .25 inches in length. But I’m injury free, so I’m content. Biggest hurdle is keeping your self motivated at least in my case, just keep at it.

To see if jelqing really works, it will take at least a year. Don’t be upset so fast. Consistency will do the trick.

Guys today I bought a bottle of herbal vivid gold(right or wrong).Somebody says ”really really working”I couldn’t believe but I want to try this.I doing my jelqs with pills.Maybe my gains come quickly.

How did you notice that you were overdoing it? What problems did you have and what routine did you use?
