I was wondering if I can get length gains from just jelqing.

EG:5.25

I think thats the idea of jelqing. The newbie routine is basically just jelqing but with strechs, kegels as far as I know don’t give you legth, only help with penis control & harder erections

Some members have reported it. Personally it gave me girth almost overnight.

If you want to make a jelq length orientated the accepted form seems to be to do so with the stadard ok grip, downward angle and low-ish erection level.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

I’ve only been jelqing for a little over a week, but I’ve already gained 1/2” in girth. Perhaps some of this is from a dramatic improvement in the quality of my erections (EQ), which has gone from 6 to 9 (or 10 sometimes) since I started the newbie routine.

I’ve measured 1/8” to 1/4” gains in length already, although I think some or all of it might just be from EQ gains.

For me, it’s much to early to make sense of things, and I’ve been surprised to make immediate gains (I really wasn’t sure what to expect).

If you jelq at 30 - 60% ERECT many people find that it works out the lenght

It depends on your level of erection when jelqing. That will determine what your working be it length or girth. The higher erection level the more girth work your doing.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

If you feel it is not working after a month then increase intensity!

I’ve been PEing for alittle over 3 months now, and my gains have come in pretty steady over time. But I must say that I’ve had to increase the intensity of my workouts in order to see further gains. But I haven’t noticed any negative PIs so I guess I’m still gaining with my current routine.

Problem with lower erection for me is that the pressure automatically increases in order to force enough blood to the head.Dont know whether its good for me or not???

Is that true what jb560 posted? That jelqing with a stronger erection will affect girth more than length? Would be useful to know.

Well nothing in PE is set in stone unfortunatley but that is the general trend yes.

Erection Level
The level of erection is important. If you Jelq with too low an erection level or allow your erection to subside for too long before correction, the pressure during the progression of each stroke will vary greatly. The start of the stroke will be low pressure and the end of the stroke will be a much higher pressure. This will encourage more girth development toward the glans and eventually result in a baseball bat shape developing.

The minimum erection level you should allow is 40%-50%. In general, the greater the erection, the more effect on girth. Likewise, the lower the erection, the more effect on length. That said, some gain length easily and others only find girth increases. Jelqing with erections higher than 80% should be avoided initially.

Short answer ‘Yes’.

In fact, if you spend even a minimal amount of time reading up on PE, you’ll see that is generally accepted.
