So today I was happy because I knew I’d be able to do a full PE session and not have to split up jelqing and stretching. I warmed up in the shower for like 10 minutes. Stretched up down left right in each direction for 30 seconds 4 times. Then I upped it for the last time 50 seconds with a stronger pull, not too tight, I mean I was not in pain. Then I jelqed, but I was really alarmed while jelqing. I felt like my penis was flaccid, but full of blood. It’s hard to say. I mean it wasn’t flaccid, because when flaccid I’m a lot smaller. I was pushing blood from base to head, but the whole time it felt so soft, like I was almost flaccid. I have no idea what this means or if it’s a bad sign of PE. I feel like I haven’t been overtraining at all. Some days I can only do stretches, but I’m usually good about getting rest. I’ve been kind of shoddy about doing kegels everyday. If someone can help me out with this that would be great.

I understand what you’re saying, but I don’t think it’s a problem if you can get an erection later.

Is it pointless for me to Jelq in that state? Should I jelq later on today in a more erect state?

If your penis is full of blood, like you described, it isn’t pointless to jelq. Low-level jelqing can be very good.

That’s fine jelqing like that. As long as it feels full of blood.

Sometimes after hard stretching, it is more difficult to get an erection straight away. You could do some light stretching to get all the tissues to full length, then do your jelqing, which will make the tissues as pliable as possible, then do your main stretching. That will avoid the problem of getting or keeping an erection at the level you want, and will get the most out of both your stretching and jelqing time.

The hero sounds fatigued, overworked, and oversexed.Sounds like you need intermission, give it a rest for few days. There can’t be progress if you don’t take time for the body to recover.

I have to have a least a certain level of erection when jelqing or I seem to hurt myself. I have found that my penis is more fragile than I would have liked to think, especially flaccid or nearly so.

The difference for me is if it seems to be a sack of fluid, pain will soon follow. I need some actual engorgement.

I’d say that Kegels are the easiest PE exercise to accomplish. Oddly they are often neglected. You can do Kegels anywhere. Watching TV, in the Car … wherever. I do mine on the morning commute.

Just 50 concentrated contractions, done every day, can make a big difference.

That’s called a “fluffy.” I personally like jelqing in this state—as you say, there’s blood to move around, but the unit is soft and pliable enough to be easily manipulated. It’s particularly good for downward jelqs.

All else being equal, I’d consider fluffies a positive PI.
