I did, they are answering very slow once in two weeks maybe, they suggest alternative to pump ball and yet it did not worked as well, don’t know why but it rejecting the glance.

Penimaster support told me that more of 1250 tension could be harmful, so what do you said about that? And I have gain in length 0.5cm in just of 1 month of usage good result I guess but can’t wear it anymore(( Phallosan is recommended by doctors in London and UAE in penis enlargement clinics, my goal is to achieve 2.5 inches would be nice. That is why need an advice who already uses and has results

So epic extender is good?

The Phallosan has a built-in pump; other than that, it’s an ordinary cap-and-sleeve setup.

Generally, if a vacuum extender is pulling off, it means you have an air leak. This would normally be at either the valve or around the sleeve. When you stretch your shaft it will get smaller in diameter; if not immediately, then over an hour or two. Eventually air might leak around the shaft and into the cap.

The other part of that problem is that sleeves don’t last forever. In my experience, they stretch in diameter as hours increase, until they will no longer maintain the seal to the shaft. Sometimes you can double up on sleeves, or wrap a shoelace around the sleeve, but the sleeve will eventually need to be replaced.

You can buy sleeves in various diameters; commonly in 2mm steps. You might order a replacement sleeve in a smaller size, but that will usually make the sleeve harder to put on.

To check to see if you have an air leak at the valve, apply the cap to your stomach or a leg and pump some vacuum. If it has a leak it will eventually fall off.

Thank you for such answer, so do you suggest to use Jes extender or the epic one?

As far as I’m concerned, other than noose vs. vacuum, they’re all much the same. A vacuum extender’s cap can be used for an all-day-stretcher or a vacuum hanger, which makes it more useful than a noose, plus it doesn’t require regular removal to restore circulation to the glans.

So wait, I did not get it. Are you saying Phollosan us better because it uses vacuum? I am now using vacuum and it slipping away. You said that with sleeves and etc it will be problematic I kind agree with it plus you need to wear it 10 hours a day remove it always when need to use bathroom sleeve will eventually be damaged, Epic extender is using cup too so it is vacuum based, jes extender does not uses vacuum, it really hard for me to choose)

Hi! I can’t say anything about vacuum extenders, but I can talk about the Jes extender. I’ve been using it for a year this month. The advantages are that it’s effective and the hold is good, the disadvantages are that you have to take it off every hour to get your circulation back

For how long you need to take off? And in 1 year how much did you gain if its not a secret?

Most extender websites go into details on this — quick extender pro has a lot of guidance on their website — with their noose extender they suggest breaks every 1 hour. However, I see some very experienced extender users slowly go up to as much as 2 hour sessions. For me, an hour is scary enough — my penis, especially glans usually went numb when I used the quick extender pro which uses a double-noose. Part of my issue was the base girth was way too tight (5.5" is way too small for me) which unusually restricted blood flow, even at the base of my penis, so my experience was unusually bad (unless you have very large base girth of 5.5"+, most devices should fit you).

How long? Maybe ~5 minutes — whatever it takes to get circulation back with a noose-based extender.

As others mentioned, vac extenders like phallosan mean you don’t need to take breaks, but the sleeves or other parts keep wearing out, so you’ll need to keep buying new parts with these devices or diagnose it when you can’t get suction. You can get blisters too.. but on the upside, vac devices are way more comfortable (and won’t make your penis go numb).

Personally, I’ve tried every device type & I strongly prefer the vac devices. You can learn to adapt to a noose/ compression device eventually too (you can make good gains either way), it’s a personal preference thing.

then: 6" BPEL, 4.88" MSEG, 4.88" BEG

now: 7.625" BPEL, 5.5" MSEG, 6.5" BEG

Which vacuum based would you suggest?
