Just gaining girth

Take a look here:

But it’s not an advise or advertisement about this kind of nutrition. I just feel better not eating meat. Usually when I eat meat I feel dizzy and sleepy for days.

I used to like meat, usually almost raw juicy and bloody on the plate. It’s been six years on this new path. Rarely I try some stuff, but I really don’t miss anything. It’s not just a matter of taste, but what you put into your body.

It also depends on your backgrounds. My parents are asian, and as far as I could research, red meat was never part of their daily life meals.
I just went further, cutting fish and chicken. Added other kind of cereals and nuts, like brazilian nuts, peanuts, soy, and so on.

So far I hadn’t any lack of nutrients or vitamins.

This was completely unnecessary and disposable.

I think lack of meat has enabled your douchenozzle mode

Shimarts, your girth gains for only 2 months are outstanding! I even suspect inconsistent measurements…
Two months is too short time range to make evaluations. You should wait more, at least an other couple of months to conclude about length gains.
From what I have read on the Forum, length gains are more frequent than girth gains. Any gain is welcome, so I suggest you to continue the newbie routine as you did in these two months and cash in any further gain! :)

Congrats for the willpower to keep a clean diet!

Hey Kid, I’m not really interested on what you post here,
accept the fact you are not funny at all? Do yourself a favor,
remain in silence if you have nothing at all to add.

I suggest you to keep focused on your routine, that’s the
minimun and the best you can do for yourself.

For the third month I thought about reducing the days off, going to 3x1OFF, and then 4x1OFF and so on until 7x1OFF.

I have pictures I’ll post in the end of the newbie routine, as I said before, and then it will be documented. No inconsistent measures. After all, I feel in my hands the difference, I just didn’t notice I gained ‘so much’ as you say, until I measure it. We all hope to gain one inch (at least) by expectation, but for me what happened was the opposite. More girth than length.

Yesterday I also started with the OK Grip (Dry Jelq).

No ironies, please.
I didn’t ELIMINATE anything, I SUBSTITUTED one thing for another.
Proteins, amino, I can find them all easily in vegetarian supplies.
By the way, I had to do a very large and deep research to be/stay healthy on this process, for example, to the lack of the vitamin B12, and so on…
Wel, I’m not the only one here, and this wasn’t the point of this topic.
If you want to know more, send me one message in PVT.

To keep things more simple, I cut alcohol and drugs as well.

Fun comes from other sources now.

Very jealous. I would love to have those girth gains. Stick with it and you’ll get the length gains too. Congrats!

Yeah, I’d agree.

Length is normally the easy part while girth is stubborn as hell!

OP count yourself lucky :)

Ah ok, then I got it wrong.
I thought ‘ovo-lacto-vegetarian’ meant you don’t eat even eggs or milk.

You know, there are many avoiding even those, and to them is my question: what’s left?!?!

If I avoid egg and milk I’d be probably vegan. But it would cut many of the protein sources I am used to.
I used to be vegan as well, because of a girlfriend, but it was too neurotic about what to eat or not.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

Goal: EL: 7.25" x EG: 6.2" x FL: 4"

Why do you want to change your routine while it’s working so well?! A good PE philosophy is to apply the minimum required stress as long as it provides gains. And your gains are more than great!

It’s your choice, of course, but I wouldn’t change a bit…

I’m still increasing the amount on the stretches and on jelqs.

Now it’s like this:

5 minutes warm up
3x30seconds stretching (every side: up, front, down, left, right)
5x50 CGrip Jelqs
10 minutes warm up (cooling down)

100kegels/day

2x1 OFF

On the OFF day I started doing stretches on shower time.
3 minutes warm up (shower)
3x30seconds stretching (every side: up, front, down, left, right)

Then I shower normally.

100 kegels/day

I changed my slip underwear to tricoline shorts (like boxers) so my unit stays free hanging heavily the whole day.

I am already very proud to see it heavy and chubby when I go to pee.

Having normal morning woods. I stopped for a while to masturbate every day. Now I changed it to once/twice a week.
