Just wondering, what’s left?
Everything that is not bloody or looking like a body ‘dead’.
Think about all possible vegetables, including beans, whole-grains, eggs, cheeses…

But it’s not an advise or advertisement about this kind of nutrition. I just feel better not eating meat. Usually when I eat meat I feel dizzy and sleepy for days.
I used to like meat, usually almost raw juicy and bloody on the plate. It’s been six years on this new path. Rarely I try some stuff, but I really don’t miss anything. It’s not just a matter of taste, but what you put into your body.
It also depends on your backgrounds. My parents are asian, and as far as I could research, red meat was never part of their daily life meals.
I just went further, cutting fish and chicken. Added other kind of cereals and nuts, like brazilian nuts, peanuts, soy, and so on.
So far I hadn’t any lack of nutrients or vitamins.
