Just Getting Back Into It.

Just Getting Back Into It.

Hello all,

I was wondering if anybody else out there was like me. I started doing PE about eight or nine years ago, took a break and continued sporadically for a long time. I have just now started to get back into doing it regularly and I seem to be making progress faster than I did before. I’m not sure if she has anything to do with it, as I was 18 when I started the first time and am 26 this go round. Anyone else experience something similar?

Also I am open to advice from others as to what seems to work best for everyone else so I can implement it into my routine.

Thank you,
Rickety

Probably because you now know the technique and how much rest and work days is necessary to bump new gains. When we are totally new to it, some time investment is required to learn this things up before start to see measurable gains.

Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

My pictures

I started PE 7 years ago, but I didn’t took it serious since I read about it in tabloid newspapers. Last year I saw this forum by accident and I was in shock from people claims about gains. Then I read extender clinical studies results and I became less skeptic.

I’m in a similar situation. I started PE but only did it semi serious when I was around the age when you started. I gained very quick too. Now I’m also around your current age and am taking it more seriously and looking to regain those gains and surpass them.

What’s your strategy now? I have created swim cap extender/hanger so it’s my hope in months to come.

I yes this more or less is how my story started too. I started about 8 or 9 years ago, didn’t go at it consistent but I saw gains. Back then all I did was stretching and jelqing. I started working far from home and between waking up at 4 am, traveling a100 miles to work and a 100 back, working a physically strenuous job and a growing family PE got pushed out of my life. I got back at it about 2.5 years ago and went through the newbie device hell when I should have listened to everyone here and used my hands for a few months.

I tried with hands but there was no gains for me except in first month. My logic is just to get max BPFSL without more force then I need, that’s why I do extending with swim cap.

A month is not long enough for anything but better EQ which would make it seem as tho there are gains. For me anyway I can’t speak for others.

Combination between manual work and devices. I can’t stress the “it’s a marathon and not a sprint ” enough. Avoid injury and gradually increase intensity. Remember injuries knock out NFL players for sometimes entire seasons - and even careers.

How did you create your swim cap extender and hanger? To me the swim cap works the entire member. I want to avoid using a hanger because I feel force should always be monitored through a manual medium.

I’m thinking to start using swim cap when I do manuals.I’m shocked how good it is.
