Just got an extender. Am I doing this right?
Hello everyone, and thank you to the top who accepted me!!
I just got myself an extender two weeks ago after reading about them and having been aware of them for various years..
Of course when I received it, it went straight on.. Thing is the information that came with it was full of other exercises and little info about the extender and how to use it properly.yes, It was a cheap one from ebay.
So, the first day I kept it on for a few hours and gradually after a few days wear it for 8 (ish) hours, depending on my schedule (taking it off to urinate a resting that way) In fact after two weeks, I have been out with it on and found other ways of wearing it and keeping it comfortable. 5 days on 2 off
When I can, I will have a small work out with oil, etc after I have taken it off massaging my unit and trying to start to get a rhythm of jelqing and other exercises going.
One thing I do not do regularly is hot moist pads or rice socks..
- SHOULD I be doing this before and after I put the extender on??
- How do I know I am not under stretching, so wasting my time and energy?
- If my BPFSL has to be longer than BPEL before I gain length, when do I know to stretch more?
- Can extenders cause damage?
I know I have a whole bunch of more questions and am sure many newbies will do too, so maybe with this thread others can join in with their questions and anxieties!! And I can find answers to mine..
