Hello all, this is my first post on this awesome forums, and I’m super excited to have started PE.
I have 3 questions I was hoping the good folks here at thunder’s forums could help with

1)I’ve been doing PE for about 3 days now, and have finally got the jelq down right, and was wondering if I just jelq for 20 to 30 minutes a day, is this good enough? Or do I have to add all the other stuff too? I really feel a good pull with each jelq and I’ve already seen harder erections.

2) I can’t jelq the way it shows on the videos, as in one hand after the other, because I have large legs plus large hands, and a there just isn’t much room to put both hands at the same time, so I just use one hand to jelq, then release, then the same hand again, is this still effective?

3)The other thing is that I have a large fat pad ( I’m play defensive tackle on my college team, I weigh 305 pounds) and this makes it hard for me to really start the jelq for the full shaft of the penis I think I only really jelq 3 inches or less, is this detrimental to length gains?

I only jelq for bout 20 mins a day and I’m seeing good result been 3 weeks and I gain .3” in length and .2” in girth. You should try to use an ok grip at the shaft with one and then milk with the other hand and repeat it in but hold the ok grip at the shaft as it will keep the blood inside. I find that I get more of a work out like this.

I’m on my first week and this is the technique I’ve adopted. I started out jelqing with one hand and it just didn’t seem to be maintaining enough blood inside the shaft. On my second day I tried doing this and it was a night and day difference, definitely seems like the best way to jelq.

Hi Shadow. and welcom to the forum.

It is OK just to jelq using one hand - (It just takes a bit longer to complete the exercise) Do you jelq sitting or standing? Being larger, you may find that sitting is easier as you can open your legs whilst sitting on the edge of the chair. But even if you have to start away from the base, it will still be effective as the exercise is ‘pulling’ your unit which helps with length and squeezing it which helps with girth (due to blood pressure).

It will help enormously if you can reduce the fat pad, as the nearer to the base you start the more blood you can use to expand your penis, and thereby achieve gains more quickly.

We have to give a basic routine but of course this can be altered to suit individual body shapes etc. The main point is to do some exercise. and adapt as necessary to youur individual shape.

JDiaz thanks a bundle for that tip, it works wonders, the blood in my member is easily doubled by holding the ok grip. Every guy with a big fat pad should be told of this, seriously amazing. And congratulations on your gains, hopefully I get similar results, ill be right above 6 instead of right below, haha.
