Just started out

I’m doing my first day of the newbie routine, Ill get my measurements up later.I have a few questions though.

How hard do I pull when doing the manual stretch?
How hard do I squeeze when doing the wet jelq?

1 Pull out with moderate force, enough to stretch the penis but not so much that it hurts.
2 Tight enough to move the blood properly but not so tight that it hurts.

I’ll admit that the answers are a little vague but just do it, then it will make sense :) .
