I just started the hole program thing and I think it’s aw some! Can’t wait to see real results, anyway. When do you see an improvement in your dick size?

It varies from a penis to a penis. Some people see gains after a year or so.

If you are like most people, you will see real gains in about three months of doing dedicated and careful PE.
