I really have tried looking through all the resources, but you guys use so many damn acronyms and initial-isms that it’s impossible for me to learn anything.

My dick is 6” in Length, and very thin girth wise, maybe 4”? I am just looking for a routine to use for 1-2 months to get me ready to go for maximum girth gains, whether that be clamping or whatever.

I want a bit more length, an inch would be great, but I REALLY want to gain 1.5” in girth, that goal is so damn important to me, it actually hurts to think about my current girth.

Can someone please help me out a bit here on where I should start?

EDIT: Just saw my signature, holy crap that was a long time ago, wish I stuck with it back then.. I grew naturally to 6” NBPEL but can’t figure out how to edit it. Might be 4.5” Girth though, not sure, no tape measure.

I did, but I can’t find anything on here that relate to my specific goals, I want to start doing the intermediate stuff ASAP, I need to know how to get ready for it and then what routine to look at, specifically focusing on girth.

You shouldn’t start the intermediate stuff, you should start at the start again. So, start with the Newbie Routine and actually click the FAQ button, read it and the links it provides. It will be worthwhile and a much better option that rushing to injury.

Okay, I’ll do the newbie routine again, but how long of doing that do you figure before I can start just focusing on girth and exercises that advance your length faster?

Also, should I consider the Phylosan Forte or Bathmaster pump thingy at some point?

You might find that the Newbie Routine is the fastest method for you. Some people find that, others seem to have to increase effort over time. Always judge by your gains. A month should give you an indication if things are working and two months of not gaining is too much.

I wouldn’t buy anything.

Thanks, I think I throw my money around too frivolously for someone who makes minimum wage.. When he does even have a job, gotta work on that; first, mega-dick!

I got most of my gains w/ the newbie routine.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Does hovering over the acronyms with your mouse still work? I use an ipad so I don’t have a mouse to check it out.

I’ve got a bathmate and honestly I think that once you’re through the newbie routine there are manual girth exercises that will bring continued gains better than the bathmate and won’t cause all the donut problems that pumping can cause. Plus you’ll have a hundred plus bucks to take someone out on a date and try to get some use out of your girth gains :)

You could start with the newbie routine and after a month see how that’s going on. If you didn’t get any injuries nor pain you could probably add a new exercise and do only that for a month. After a year you should have had enough time to try and add 12 different things and track your progress. That’s how I’m planning to do it anyways.

Also, if you’re getting gains with the newbie routine then just keep on doing it until you plateau.
