I’m curious if I will have any gains if I do a 5min warmup and do a 1hour stretch session. I did my lot and it turns out that it’s best for me to do it at low angles, so I do it that way.

Can I expect gains just by doing that?

Yes, you can expect length gains and maybe an increase in base girth.

Also I perform this when I have a non erect penis. Should I do this also when it’s semi-erect?

Always do length work, with the exception of jelqing, at a totally flaccid penis.

Should I stretch it hard or just so I feel that it’s tense enough?

Use moderate force while stretching.

I got my stretch sessions to be like 3-5min each. How often should I take breaks, also how long should they be? Is it a good idea for long stretches or is it better to have short ones?

Personally, I stretch for 3 minutes with nearly no breaks in between. Works for me, try it yourself and find out what works for you.

Well I’m doing a long stretch session. For 1 hour I do each pull for 3-5min and do a 30sec-1min break and it’s fine. I’m just wondering whats the optimum time.

Is it normal for the penis to turtle after a 1 hour strech session? Should i do a warm down session afterwards?

Yes, turtling is common. Don’t worry much about it. The benefit of a warm down is debatable, personally I never did it.

But do you think that doing stretches willl give me length gains alone? I really dont feel like jelqing….

I wouldn’t hope on girth gains from stretching.

I stretch every morning for about 10 minutes and I am good to go.


Start: BPEL: 6" EL: 5.5" EG: 4.75"

Goal: BPEL: 7.5" EL: 7" Eg: 5.5"
