I just wanted to target middle erect girth could I just go up and down on that part of my penis clamping hard. Like with a penis jelqing device or my hands to increase the width there?

If you’re sufficiently conditioned, I would try sticking with warm up and jelqs and then add squeezes and bends.

I started doing that and the middle go bigger then my whole penis but I’m going for lenght so I stopped that.
