What the best techniques would one use for girth gains?

I have researched the area and I would like to get some opinions.

One of the best resources that any of us can use here is the :search: function. You’ll be able to find specific answers to your questions and probably learn some bonus stuff along the way. That being said, your best bet would be to just carefully do the routines outlined in the newbie routine, enjoy the gains and make plans for your full-on assault on girth when you’re well conditioned and ready.

You mean, those of us who don’t think we need dozens of threads on the same subject answering the same question in the same way over and over again?

And how’s that working for you, knowing that what you’re going to do is going to piss people off, and going ahead and doing it anyway with the fig leaf of an insincere apology?
