Sounds like you need to cut back a bit koko, at least until EQ comes back to normal. The clamping over stressed your dick. Cut out the clamping until EQ comes back to normal, then try adding it in again either less frequently or shorter duration, you might try 2 minutes…and if that is good, try increasing by a minute each week, eg 3 minutes, then the next week 4 minutes, etc.
When you dial in the amount of clamping to the amount of recovery time needed, you will probably start to see gains again. You just added too much too fast. If you are getting great EQ, say at 4 minutes, but the next week when you go to 5 minutes, lets say by the 5th day, EQ is starting to drop…go back to 4 minutes.
If 4 minutes is working great for you, after a few weeks, you can try 5 minutes again. So just gradually add, keeping an eye on EQ. Always go back to the last productive routine when EQ fails. Keep good records so you can keep track of what worked and what didn’t. Slow sensible changes, with good records make it far easier to get good results.
