Kegel when stretching

Has anyone done kegels while stretching? Is this a beneficial technique or would this hinder any gains in some form?

Hey, I just want to be more than average!! And I’ve all ready figured out that post newbie routine I would like to give these a go for maybe a good “wake up” in the mornings with a routine in the evenings or something maybe? I guess we’ll see in a few months but, these are definitely going to be in the diet!

I’ve been doing DLD Blasters the entire time and didn’t even know it…
