Kegel while wearing ADS

Hey thundersplace!!

I have a question, I have been wearing the ADS a lot, so I was questioning whether it is safe and effective to perform kegels while wearing the ADS?

Since ADS should by no means be a dangerous thing, I see no reason why it should ever be unsafe to do kegels while wearing a ADS.

I do it all the time, actually.

ADS and kegel is safe

I see no reason why this could be unsafe. I love Kegeling when I am wearing my ADS or performing a stretch because it is the only way I really feel the Kegel and it provides resistance which I think would help.
