Kegels in exercises
Hi guys, I’m just another new PE’er, and I have little question.
I’ve made a little Kegels training before knowing of other PE and now when doing stretches and jelqs and probably other ex. In the future - I wonder if I should keep them tense or loose while doing exercises.?
Ie. In jelqs - to keep kegels tense while pushing the grip and loosen them with it.
