I have had trouble lasting long in bed with my girlfriend recently. She doesn’t care because I always get her off, but I personally want to enjoy myself longer. In the past when I watched porn regularly I was able to last longer. I am doing kegals with my new linear routine doing the second hold, but with your experiences, how do you use kegal muscles to last longer? Also is there any other routes I can take to help me out (no pills or meds please)

This is my experience. I quit open, my EQ and endurance in bed dropped like a rock for a month. Then, I was getting harder than ever, and still not lasting long. I started doing kegels while pumping and that had more than one benefit. I also listened to some hypnosis on YouTube for it, and what helped me the most was learning to relax my core. Start in my head, and just focus on relaxing all the way to my pelvis. I practiced this until it was easy. Now, I do my relaxation during sex and I can last as long as I want at a slow speed. Jackhammer speed still gets me in 60 seconds. Haha, I am improving and she can definitely tell. She has even been nicer to me and doing more for me without me asking on the day to day since I’m pleasing her better in the bed. It is awesome.

Porn will directly affect everything about your penis and mind. In the long run it will cause you to have EQ issues. Your girlfriends body is what is supposed to be making you horny, not porn stars. Eventually, your girlfriend just wont do it for you anymore, making the only way you can get good solid erections is through viewing porn. Porn plays with your mind. Eventually, what you are watching now, wont be enough. You’ll need more extreme porn to get you hard.

Give it up dude, before it’s too late. Edging is a great way to keep yourself from ejaculating prematurely. But, instead of adding porn with your edging sessions, fantasize sex with your girlfriend. Or better yet, have sex with your girlfriend and use that as an edging session. Practice taking yourself to the PONR with her as you would if you were edging alone. With practice, you should be able to keep lasting longer and longer.

Since I quit porn (around November I think), I’ve relapsed a few times (mostly while drunk or high, lol). Maybe three times. Every time I noticed that during edging sessions for up to two weeks after watching porn again, it was the only thing that came to mind. It’s like stepping in chewing gum. Only takes a second but it’s hard as hell to get rid of.
There are many things you can do to slow down your eagerness to ejaculate. The most important one ime is getting rid of physical tension during the act. This means don’t lean on your hands, but on your elbows. Don’t stress your large muscle groups, core, exhaust your shoulders etc. That promotes ejaculation and reduces the hardness of your erection, too. Breathing exercises help too. As a last resort you could always multiply some large numbers in your head while pumping away to distract yourself, though don’t do this too much or you won’t enjoy it. Finally don’t stress about it mentally, this is one of those cases where worrying about something being bad makes it worse. Oh yeah and staying in shape helps a lot too.
That being said I never experienced any sex related difficulties due to porn, though I watched it and masturbated to it for about a decade around 4 times per week, ever since sexual maturity really. Quitting porn was more of a general -approach of/response to- women improvement. I do highly recommend quitting.
