Hi!

I’ve been “lurking” here for a pretty long time, but I’ve finally decided to actively start PEing.

Just for your interest, my size is roughly 5.9x5.2 NBP, which I would consider to be on the short end of the average size.. :(

As a result I want to concentrate fully on length (at least for now).

As far as I know, length-gains are mostly achieved through stretching, right?

So I wondered if I could just “leave out” the jelqing and instead fully focus on stretches..

Will stretches only work in a combination with jelqing?

Stretches will work alone, it works good for me. Consider increasing the stretching time though.

About concentrating on the time give on stretches.

Is it dangerous to add in the newbie routine stretches also after jelqing ? (I have been working out only for 10 PE sessions).

Or is it better to just do more stretches before jelqing ? (Regarding time i mean)

You mean the overall stretching time, or the time a single stretch takes? :)

Most people who use the newbie routine jelq before they stretch. You can increase time after a month but don’t overtrain.

Yeah I guess so

I am on a routine that lasts over an hour of stretching but I am really advanced in this

I wonder if the warm-up is needed “just” to prevent injuries or if it’s affecting gains.!

Besides that I also wanted to know if a 1 day on/1 day off routine would be the “most effective” (given the theory that micro-tears need some to “heal” again.)..

Any ideas?

I PE everyday and have big gains. When you sleep enough the micro tears will heal enough. Do a search on “amazing isometrics”, it will be a good addition to your routine.

I only warm up by getting an erection. Your unit will warm up from the inside this way. A warm up is only needed to prevent injuries.

This question might sound a “bit” silly, but I’m not sure how hard to pull when doing the stretches.. :D

I’d be glad if anyone was able to answer this question. :)

You should feel a nice stretch when you stretch. When you feel to much pain, stop immediately. It has a lot to do with trusting your intuition. When you bench press for instance, you internally know what is the right amount of repetitions or weight. Use the same principle when you stretch your dick.

You can overdo it by stretching to hard, not to much. Give it time to heal though. A good night of sleep should be enough.

Overdoing might affect gains, it really depends form guy to guy. When you feel that you have overdone PE, consider taking a few days off to let your unit heal.

(By the way, it feels good to be a mentor ;) )

Hmm.. I definitely don’t want to be impatient, but I just wondered if these newbie-gains everybody is talking about need some weeks to actually “kick in”, or if people experience them just after the first or second week..
This is because I’m right now in my second PE week and I’m really disappointed of not being able to report any “measurable” gains yet.. :-(
Besides that I simply don’t want to accept the fact that I’m probably one of the not-so-lucky hard gainers..
Please don’t tell me that I’m one of them..

My routine mainly consists of simple manual stretches and BTC stretches and I’d estimate that I’m effectively spending about ~30-40 minutes throughout the day on PE. (~5 days a week)

I think the growth and time it takes varies greatly from person to person. There isn’t a timetable on when someone’s gains will start. It goes from couple weeks to couple months. Your biggest gains are the initial ones, so I read. After that, you naturally have to spend more time and intensify the exercises for gains to continue. This is not a problem as your member gets used to the “abuse”.

I’m a n00b and still learning too, but so far I’ve managed to play it safe and have 1 PE exercise under my belt w/o an incident! :D Can’t wait for today’s session!

Also, I believe the growth takes place when you’re recovering and not when you’re doing the stretching and pulling. You’re only tearing the tissue when you do that and it grows back new cells while you’re sleeping or resting, much like weight lifting. Even though it’s not a muscle, the tissue recovers while it rests.

PE is a marathon, not a sprint remember that. Most guys don’t see measurable gains in two weeks. Just relax and do your routine and the gains will come.
