I have been using the Newbie method for about 3 months now and have seen some decent gains, now I am looking for some new exercises specifically for length gains, also some tips as well if you have any.

Heres a link to some length exercises. As for tips I don’t really have any besides always warm up first and and keep jelq strokes 3-5secs long.

Don’t stop what you are doing until all gains halt. If its working for you why stop? Wait before doing more difficult exercises as you may condition yourself too quickly. 3 months is not that long. Congratulations on gaining!
