Length growth

Today again, I warmed-up very thoroughly dipping my dick in very hot water for about 5-10 minutes. For some reason I forgot to stretch as I usually do in the beginning and started jelqing right away. Had trouble getting hard today as well. I think it might be the heat. I really got a good pump out of the jelqing though and had a really full flaccid afterwards. You might try L-arginine and L-citruline for better EQ. You make no mention of your approximate age. I am a senior, and have had quite a bit of success with the kegels combined with the two supplements listed at the beginning of this post. Check them out.

I am a bit bigger than you. I am also not looking for girth increase, but would like to gain to a length of 9 inches (22.86 cm)

Had a rest day yesterday, only using my auto extender for an hour.
Today I was back strong with my routine, same as 2 days ago. I seem to have decreased EQ after 2-3 consecutive days of PE but it gets better the day following the rest day.

About my ED:
I read a post today by marinera (Lifestyle to maximizing erectile and vascular health) which really inspired me to do something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, to start working out again and to eat healthier. I’m not overweight at all but I don’t eat healthy nor do I move a muscle, except when jerking off or having sex.

I’ve also stopped watching porn, after watching the videos on Your Brain On Porn - I realised, that even though I’m not watching very much porn right now, my brain is definitely damaged by it and it won’t hurt to stop watching. I did feel a really strong urge to watch today but didn’t.

So hopefully these changes will do some difference to my EQ and ED.

I might stop with my snus as well soon. (Snus is nicotine, kind of like chewing tobacco but it’s in a pouch and you put it under your lip).
I’ve can’t remember where and exactly what I read but I read somewhere that nicotine affects the blood flow or pressure or something like that, which also can affect EQ.

Yesterday I started on my new “diet” which consists of more raw vegetables and fruit, less fat, no sugar and no grains. I also started eating nutrition supplements such as Omega-3 and L-Arginine.
I had another restday yesterday, I guess I’m keeping my dick guessing by having 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off, 1 on 1 off.. Not sure, but might be something, I just need to do it when I have the opportunity and create opportunities if I can’t find ‘em.

Today’s set was a regular warming up in sink, a lot of stretching, jelq 10 minutes, break, 10 min jelq, jack-off, warm-up and right now I’m finishing off by wearing my auto-extender.

If someone stops by and reads my “log”, do you know if length after a jelq and stretch workout can be temporary increased?
Or is a length gain always a length gain? I understand why girth can be bigger after a workout but length?
Today when I measured, I measured right above 7 inches BPEL and I’ve never been over 7 inches before. I’ve only been doing this for about 2 weeks and it feels a little quick to gain 0.19” but maybe not? (I actually measured as longest 7.28” today but that is just to much of a gain to be true. And that was when I flexed my BC-muscle so the head was full.)

I’d leave the drugs alone till you try to improve your ED with kegels and heat therapy. Its already working on mine after nearly 4 weeks. If you mean Cialis, I’ve already quit that. If you mean L-Arginine it’s not really a drug, it’s an amino acid that you usually get enough of through your food. Which helps the body to create NO. It has helped me emensly, not only with erections, I used to be tired all the time and now I’m not.

I also do kegels, I’ve changed my diet and started to work out and hopefully within a couple of months I won’t need it.

I get depressed when I can’t fuck my girlfriend properly and depression is not good for PE or my relationship.

Haven’t updated for a while. I’ve continued with my routine, though some inconsistency last week since I had a lot of other shit going on in my life and couldn’t find the time to do proper routines some days.
This week as been better though and I’ve measure above 7 inches every time now. Tomorrow is my official 1 month measuring day but I think I’ll measure today before PE instead since I won’t have time tomorrow.

Ok, so I measured 7.09 inches today, although I had trouble getting and maintaining a full erection when standing up and measuring. I wondering how big I am when I can measure a full erection, probably about 0.1-0.2 inches more :)
