Tuesday (jelq)

15 clamp
10 min warmdown
Wednsday (rest)
Thursday (repeat & so on)
I’m a bodybuilder and I focus on a certain body part for each day and just had an idea of applying the same concepts to PE since PE follows the same muscle building concept, tear tissue, rest, grow.
