Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Less is so little.

Less is so little.

Hey guys,

I’ve not posted for a while but I thought i’d give you an update:

I’ve always been the worst case of “less is more” I know some of you guys may be thinking: “What’s he complaining about, we’d kill not to have to do an hour of PE a day” after a year of light stretching and jelqing my unit is no more conditioned than when I began.

I’m currently doing 5 minutes of very light stretching (this alone doesn’t affect my EQ) I then do 40 very light jelqs at roughly 60% erection level - time and time again it seems even the smallest variance in my hand pressure will ruin my EQ for up to three days, my unit turtles hellishly and my EQ goes from a 9 to a 3; only to gradually return with some very minor gains (I know you’ll all say if you’re gaining what’s the problem) ;)

So… in an attempt to better control the pressure/conditions involved I recently purchased a clamp, my first session went like this: 20x very light jelqs and then 3 sets of 2 minute clamping two clicks away from fully closed: base girth 5.8, no wrap used. The result: my EQ was ruined for 4 days - it’s so damn frustrating, it seems as if I only have to touch my unit to get it to turtle and ruin my EQ. *sigh*

Just really looking for some words of support or anybody else experiencing similar.

I feel your pain man, in fact I just started a thread about stretching in which I declared that I had the most fragile dick on thunders. It seems that no matter how easy or slow we go we still manage to wind up injured. Firgoat told me to focus on health and not gains. This has really been a benefit to me, at least mentally, but I still get hurt with barely any force. Right now I am not doing any stretching and I’m doing 10 measly jelqs 4 days a week, just trying to max my eq.

Stay away from clamps, I don’t think you were built to do that kind of heavy duty PE.

Take some time off and let your penis recover. Then Why don’t you try that linear newbie, which is designed to slowly ramp up.

NEW newbie + advanced routine

I’m the same. Even in bodybuilding/strength training, I find 2 weekly workouts work as well if not better than more frequent training. I’m the typical skinny hardgainer. Have been my whole life.

With PE, I’m doing a linear type newbie routine and will take more days off if my EQ goes down as is recommended. I think lowering the intensity somewhat (don’t jelq with as much pressure and don’t stretch as hard or clamp as hard/for too long) may allow you to train with somewhat more frequency and training duration. I’m not going to incorporate clamping for a very long time, if at all. Maybe you should follow sta-kool’s advice and not clamp?

Starting Size: April, 28, 2010: NBPEL-7" Girth-6" (base, MSG, glans)

Currently: BPEL-8" NBPEL-7.25" Girth-6.25" (base)/6.125" (MSG)/6.125" (glans)

Try dropping the erection level while jelqing, go for like 40-50%.

Also, does your penis immediately “tell you” when you increase your hand pressure when you jelq? Or is it more a case of you finding out the next day?

I see the same thing in users of extenders, less pull over a greater period of time gets better results than excessive pull in less time. You have to watch the PI’s. If you can visualize what this does to cells, it helps you “get” the less is better issue.

That would really suck for girth work. But can you imagine every time stretching getting hard, it becomes so much more ineffective and you have to wait for it to go down. Then it repeats over and over. This can more than triple the time needed to do a stretching routine and that is so annoying.
