Looking for modified newbie routine
I remember reading about a modified newbie routine that went something like this:
5 minute warmup
150 jelqs
5x cirlce stretch (clockwise/counter clockwise)
5 minute cooldown
The difference was that this routine had a 6 week on, 4 week off deconditioning plan. I can’t seem to find it. Does anyone know the details of this plan or what post it was in?
