I’m looking for stronger and longer lasting erection.Tell me if this a good start 200 jelq and 200 short kegel meaning 1 second hold.I will do this Mon-Fri with weekend off.

Do 5 second kegels instead and cut the number of them down accordingly.

200 3 Second Dry or 5 second Wet Jelqs would be a good start.

Instead of the weekend plan do a 3 day on 1 day off schedule.( Unless weekends need to be PE free )

Kegels I believe have to be held for more than 1 second to be really beneficial.

I’ve tried to incorporate the 1 second kegel with no success. I think ograx is right about holding them longer.
