I havent really done too much PE yet (I’m going to start being consistent one of these days), but I have done a lot of reading on this website and I tried to do the LOT test. When my penis is hanging flaccid and I perform a kegel, there is visible retraction into my body. This means that theres really no point in stretching? If this is the case it really kinda sucks because I havent even started yet.. But oh well I don’t really want much length anyways though an inch or so would be nice

Soo I’m gonna go do the newbie routine now hopefully somebody can help me out with this when I get back

But is it true that hanging upward streches the tunica, whether hanging downwards strech the ligs?

Hanging upward stretches the entire length of the shaft. Hanging downward stretches the ligs and the portions of the shaft forward of the ligs. Guys have gained from doing it both ways.

By the way, how can I focus on the tunica by means of streching? Would adding a second weight vertically, while streching horizontally do the trick?

Inverted v stretches would be a good technique to hit the tunica.

Its my fault, I worded the question wrong. It should be “how can I focus on the tunica by means of HANGING”. I can only gain by hanging. :(

Put your dick over a chair while hanging. It has the same effect.
