LOT theory for beginners

LOT theory for beginners

Hi guys,

I’m new in PE and I started the newbie routine 3 days ago. This is my second post. I started reading about the LOT theory and after reading it several times I still don’t understand what it is lol. Anyways my question is should I be concerned by that for now or should I stick with the newbie routine until I see results and get enough experience? Thank you

Not for now, not for the future either.

Stick with the Newbie Routine and don’t get too distracted with the more esoteric branches of PE. LOT theory specifically isn’t discussed much anymore. :)

My Before and After pics -- .5" gain...

Here’s my standard response, which I now have as a macro keystroke so it takes only two buttons to post it:

Bib's LOT theory was for hangers, men who hang weights from their penises. It attempted to predict which direction of hanging would be more beneficial based on an erroneous assumption about penile anatomy. It was tested extensively and shown not to be predictive of anything. Besides, it was for hangers.

The LOT theory can safely be ignored by all new members. It won't help you get gains with jelqing or stretching or even with hanging.

There are many threads on the LOT theory, most discrediting it and advising members to ignore it. I’m surprised those threads aren’t found when new members search (using the search button, top right of every page) for LOT.

Thanks guys for these answers. I’ll stick with the newbie routine :) . Btw I would like to put my current stats under my posts in the signature like most of you guys do it will help me keep track of my road to success. How do I do this?
